Above price includes :
* Arrival, departure transfers and sightseeing tour in Kathmandu by private car/van/coach as per
the program.
* Accommodation in Kathmandu for 3 nights on full board (vegetarian meals – breakfast, lunch
and dinner).
* Accommodation in the guesthouses in Tibet on dormitory style.
* All transfers and sightseeing tours in Tibet by Toyota Land Cruisers (maximum 4 pax in each) or by coach with English speaking guide and baggage, equipments by truck. In Nepal, Kathmandu / Kodari / Kathmandu by coach.
* All vegetarian meals through out the tour in Tibet (breakfast and dinner is served hot in the
dinning room and picnic lunch is served in the hot-cases).
* All equipments for camping (tent, mattress, dinning tent, kitchen tent, toilet tent etc is carried to
use under unavoidable circumstances)
* Sleeping bag.
* Duffle bag (big bag for keeping personal clothes and equipments).
* Warm jacket.
* Jerry can for taking Manasarovar jal home.
* Steel hot cases for buffet lunch.
* Experienced tour leader / coordinator with each group.
* Services of sardar, cook, kitchen boys and camping helpers (accompanying the group).
* Oxygen cylinder.
* Gemow bag (life saving bag at high altitude) and basic First-Aid box.
* Tibet visa fee and permit fee for Kailash and Manasarovar.
* Certificate on successful completion of the tour.
* Yaks and Yak-men to carry baggage, food, fuel etc while making parikrama of Mt.Kailash.
* Porterage for Kodari-across the border-Kodari only.
Price does not include :
* Extra cost of transportation, porterage etc involved due landslides, snowfall, political and natural
disturbances and any other unforeseen conditions.
* Extra cost of accommodation and meals in Kathmandu for staying more than 3 nights as per the
program to match the flight schedule or for any other reasons.
* Expenses of personal nature such as insurance, beverage, telephone calls, tips etc.
* Charges of pony and driver and porterage if required to ride on for Kailash parikrama.
* Any other cost not mentioned as included.
Tour leader discount :
For a group booking of minimum 15 paying pax, we will offer one pax (16th person) complimentary as Tour leader.
Booking and confirming the tour :
Tour bookings are accepted until 45 days prior to the date of arrival in Kathmandu. Unless other prior arrangements have been made, bookings are confirmed only after receiving the passport details by email or copy of passport along with the non-refundable deposit of INR 10,000 per person for Indians and US $ 200 per person for Foreign Passport Holders.
Payment Schedule :
Unless other prior arrangements have been made, balance of the total tour cost must be paid to us at least 30 days prior to the date of arrival in Kathmandu from India/abroad. Failing which, booking shall stand cancelled and initial deposit payment (INR 10,000 or US $ 200) shall be forfeited. However, if tour is cancelled for any reasons beyond our control, deposited amount to confirm the booking will be refunded in full or can be adjusted with one of the tours leaving on different date as per your wish.
Cancellation Policy :
When cancellation is made Charge per person
21 days prior to the date of arrival in Kathmandu INR 10,000.00 (advance paid)
14 days prior to the date of arrival in Kathmandu 25% of the total tour cost
10 days prior to the date of arrival in Kathmandu 50% of the total tour cost
No refund thereafter. No refund for no-show or after the commencement of tour or delay arrivals of participants for whatsoever reasons. Similarly, after the commencement of the tour, if any participant cancels the trip due sickness or for any reasons whatsoever, there will not be any refund at all and hence, can not be adjusted with any services provided from the point of canceling the trip. All the extra expenses involved in surface/air transportation, accommodation, treatment etc. should be borne by the concerned participant or by the next of kin of the participant.
Any extra cost to be borne by the participants are liable to be collected directly in Kathmandu before their departure flight.
Validity of Price :
We will endeavor to maintain the prices given up to Oct 04, 2012 but in the event of circumstances beyond our control are subject to change with/without prior notice.
Important Note :
Passengers must have valid Indian Passport to travel Kailash Mansarovar, as this province in Tibet lies under
control of China.
